Last night at dinner Kayden finished and was excused to go play. Keeley, Kelly, and I were sitting around the table talking. Keeley looks up at me and says, "Mom, what does sterical mean?" (I was a little confused since we weren't talking about anything that used that word) I replied, "well, hysterical means something that is really funny." She said, "oh, well, Kayden was hysterical in the car today when she said she wasn't talking to Kayden. That is so silly because she's Kayden."
Kelly and I both cracked up because she felt the need to verify her word before using it in a sentence but clearly had a story she wanted to tell using it.
