Christmas program and Decorating

We had a busy weekend scheduled with the girls Christmas sing a long, delivery to the Samaritan Inn, and Christmas Decorating all planned.  As I was headed out with Keeley for an errand, Killian hit his head, more than just a little.
Tough little guy wasn't bothered by this massive wound for long.  He quickly started climbing on top of the bookshelf in the playroom...

After lunch and a nap, we headed to the program.  So much fun.  I just love the Christmas program at the girl's school.
Me and the girls right before the program started.
So much love for this little guy.

Sitting with Oma waiting for the program to start.

Both the girls love singing.  Performing doesn't seem to really excite them.  Not sure if you can sense that from their expressions.

Sweet snuggles with Dad for the sing a long part.
After the program, we ran some donations over to the Samaritan Inn, drove by house (yea for new houses!) and headed back to the house.  Oma stayed and let us go on a date.  So fun!

The following day we set out to decorate outside the house.  While the girls decorated, Killian did a lot of playing in the neighbor's yard and then took my hand to lead me on a walk.  We started off and saw a truck with two dogs in the back.  After that, we were on a mission to see those dogs.  Along the way we picked up acorns, waved at people decorating (and stood there waving until they acknowledged it!), threw rocks, all sorts of discovering.  Holding my hand the whole time.  I spotted a dog eventually and said that I thought that might have been the dog in the truck. He immediately let go of my hand and took off full toddler speed to the dog saying, "DOoooog" over and over again until we got there.  It was a a sweet dog that gave him lots of kisses.  He then stubbornly insisted that we continued the circle of the neighborhood.

You'll notice he is wearing two different shoes because those are the ones he insisted on wearing.  My kids are so funny about shoes.

A lot of the decorating looked like this.  Dad working and kids are no where to be seen.
He learned how to climb on this and is trying to jump off now...
Keeley insisted on decorating in her program dress.

Fun, very busy, weekend.
