I've never braved the world of gingerbread houses. This year I was strolling through the Target holiday section and saw a little kit for a gingerbread village and thought that it would be fun for us. It was a little tricky since there was only one of each icing and all three kids started at the same time making it difficult to help each kid and share the icing. Oh well. They had fun! Next year I think we'll do individual houses with more supplies!
